Accessories / Special Features:

At present there are 4 (of max. 4) stone holders built on the machine.
Distance between rolls, and roll inclination can be adjusted according size
of workpiece and required feed rate. Rolls are grooved.
Tool (stone) holder head is height and cross adjustable.
Tool (stone) holders are equipped with stone monitors with infinitely
variable Pneumatic pressure: Wear-out or breakage of stone is detected
immediately.
Infinitely variable settings of transportation roll speeds, and for
oscillation
Separate preparation unit for coolant/rinsing agent and with fine filtering
unit
Separate switch Cabinet with SIEMENS LSD Ctrl. S 5 with error reports

Workpiece handling system consisting of a belt-conveyor cross to the machining
line with a pneumatic pusher to intermediate band to a pneumatic actuated WP
stopper which releases the blank part to the machining units. The finished part
is pushed out on a transportation chute to be collected on a magazine conveyor
in a 4 pieces row.
