• Machining Process: Profile Grinding of Spur Gears by a profiled Grinding
Wheel, one or One or two flank grinding process, the workpiece is moving up
and down (Y-axis) and is Indexed from tooth to tooth by th B-Axis.
The grinding head has fixed angle for straight toothed gears.
• BWO CNC Control Model 900 (German Manufacturer) for 4+2 Axis with dialogue
Programming of grinding programms based on the input data for an optimal
grinding process in combination with profile and lead modifications.
• CNC-Controlled Grinding Wheel Dressing Device with motorized Diamantroll
mounted behind the Grinding wheel on a separate slide (Z-Axis) in
conjunction with the axis of the grinding slide ( X-Axis)
the software provides all modifications to involute basis profiles and
dressing cycles. Dressing time for redressing 15 seconds, new profile
generating takes 5 minutes dressing time.
• DITTEL Balancing Unit , Model M 5000, with feeler and control unit
• Hydraulically adjustable tooth gap threading device, ideal for pre-machined
gears
• Workpiece Counter Steady with hydraulic clamping device, pneumatic tailstock
• Complete Enclosure of working area with sliding door, large grinding coolant
device approx 2.000 Litres with large filtering system made by RESY Model
KBF 802/710 and coolant temperature control make FURRER, Electrostatic oil
