IEMENS – CNC – Control Model 840 D with colour monitor and direct input of
all relevant gear tooth data according to the Original GLEASON-PFAUTER Surface
for an automatic working process with presettable roughing, finishing and
spark-out cycles. Automatic switch off and return of slide to the starting
position.
Dialog software also with error diagnostic providing helpful information how
to solve the problem.
ES-Technology –the Electronic Helical Guide- allows different helix angle up
to 45° and for extremely small leads for external and internal cuts without
changing a mechanical helix guide what saves a lot of time and investments.
Also ideal for cutting helix angle parts to compensate the heat treat
distortion
Machine is equipped with an axial adjustable shaping head slide as a full
CNC-Axis in order to cut multiple Gears, and with ES Technology also Helical
and spur gears in one set-up using a tandem-toolset
