Automatic Pillow Tick Sewing Unit

This machine has been designed to manufacture pillow ticks. This is a stand-alone unit.
It sews completely 3 sides of the pillow tick. The fourth side will be sewn partially to leave an
opening for filling operation.
This unit could install one flat label and one folded label side by side. The label roll diameter could
go up to 300 mm. For more details about labels, refer to the technical specifications into the
Technical section.
The pillow tick is made of two fabric layers. Two sides are sewn on the longitudinal sewing
section. The cross sew section sews the other sides with up to 2 labels. The pillow ticks are piled
over an exit conveyor.
The machine has 4 overlock sewing heads (type 514): two heads on each sewing section. It also
includes a complete set of sewing heads (type 504) and spare sewing heads (Type 514 + 504).
The machine could produce pillow ticks from 350 mm to 800 mm in width and from 350 mm to
1500 mm in length.
