Accessories / Special Features:

• Specially cast lapping wheel with 21 helix cutted slots
• 3 dressing rings with internal dia. of 190 mm available with height-
adjustable holder arms (Yokes) for the exact rotation of the carrier-/
dressing rings.
• Pneumatic Workpiece Pressing Device mounted above the dressing rings
consisting of 3 pneumatic cylinders with approx. stroke 200 mm,
pneumatic controlsystem with valves and pressure switches and relevant
pressing weightplates in order to improve the production times and the
flatness.

• Pump, Mixer and tank for the Lapping Agent supply are built-in machine
case.
• Timer to preadjust lapping time with an automatic Stop of machine
