Cycle-Control System developed by BLOHM Company Model ERGOMATIC with
monitor and SIEMENS Drives 611 for direct input of Grinding data for
roughing/finishing and spark-out grinding process and for other cycles
like plunge grinding for slots, steps, sides, etc.
The operating of this machine needs no special programming knowledge.
Automatic stop of vertical infeed and table movement into unloading
position.
All axes provided with ball screw spindles and DC-Drives, but movements can
be also controlled by using handwheels.
Automatic Grinding wheel straight dressing device mounted above the
grinding wheel with automatic compensation. Dressing cycles can be
implemented in grinding program/cycle.
Built-on Magnetic chuck approx. 400 x 800 x 90 mm, with adhesive force
control and demagnetising device.
Large coolant supply device with bandfilter system, not fully closed
working area but with with splash guards, etc.
