This Machine is actually equipped with Brushing Disks on Top and Buttom
For perfect deburring and a better surface finish after finegrinding process.
These brushing disks can be easily interchanged by regular fine grinding

Siemens Type S7/400 Programmable Logic Control. Automatic program cycle
supervises the different speeds of the wheels and the workpiece drives
in conjunction with various pressure steps and time intervals.
Complete control and input of all process data is done via a swivelling
control panel and with Microsoft WinCC and Windows NT Software with
colour monitor and with process oriented visualization and statistics.
Temperature control, Error messages, etc.
Measuring Control/workpiece finish size by measuring pobe a. measuring
rod to stop machine
Stepless speeds of workwheels via infinitely variable converters
(INDRAMAT) and Stepless speed drive for the inner pin ring drive ( 2 kW )
