The Pre-Owner ( a Ball-Screw Spindle Manufacturer) has modified and
retrofitted the complete Grinding Wheel Dressing device with a SIEMENS
PLC – Control with Monitor so that all Dressing Parameters can be set
directly on the panel according to the Workpiece/Grinding Cycle.
(No. of Dressing strokes/Infeed/Compensation/new grinding wheel/etc.)
Furthermore a professionally self designed motor-driven diamond roll
profiling device mounted above the grinding wheel, suitable for single
and multi-ribbed grinding wheels
Automatic plunge-cut device. Automatic lift-off of grinding slide for
return of Workpiece.
Relief grinding device with cams, also suitable for plunge-in cuts.
Hydraulic Copy/Taper Grinding Device controlled by a template on the table
movement.
Hydraulic tailstock with foot switch and expansion compensation.
Steplessly regulated speeds of grinding wheel by a SIEMENS Transformer.
Lift-off safety hood over the working area, etc.
Full set of change gears, sep. switch cabinet, small coolant device,
