Plant for Drawing Oil Preparation in Tube Production
The plant is designed for the optimal preparation of undrawn tubes prior to the subsequent drawing process. In this process, the tubes are evenly treated in drawing oil baths, ensuring homogeneous wetting of the surface.
The drawing oil bath provides uniform lubrication, which reduces frictional resistance during the drawing operation, improves surface quality, and increases tool life. The system is designed to ensure a continuous material flow as well as constant bath temperature and quality. It therefore represents a key process step in tube manufacturing and significantly contributes to both the quality and cost-effectiveness of production.
